6) ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTION

1. Connect the front up support (4) to the main support (1) with one bolt (15), two washers (18), lock nut
(12) and plastic head bolt (17).
Notice: Do not tighten the bolt too hard. The sit up bench should be foldable.

1. Slide the front leg support (2) into the front up support (4).
2. Fasten with the adjustable foam tube (5) at the desired height and
tighten with the plum blossom nut (14).
