RECORDING (CONTINUED)
LINK RECORD
1. Set LINK REC to ON in the REC MODE screen.
2. Connect the LINK OUT terminal on the rear panel to the LINK IN of another VCR.
NOTE:
*
LINK recording may have a short pause (approx. 5 seconds) when switching from recorder A to recorder B.
*
When configured as a Link recorder and the second VCR reaches the end of the tape, the first VCR automatically begins
recording.
*
If a problem occurs in the first VCR (e.g., a malfunction in the motor during recording), the second VCR automatically begins
recording.
*
Link recording will not function during timer record.
ONE-SHOT RECORD
1. Toggle REC TIME under REC MODE SET UP until it reaches 000h. The one-shot duration will show up below.
2. Set the one-shot time interval (e.g., 30 sec)by pressing the SELECT button.
Selecting OFF means the VCR is set to receive external signals through the 1 SHOT terminal.
3. Press the MENU button twice to return to the normal display.

* Verify that the 1 SHOT REC terminal on the rear panel is connected to an external device and that it is selected on the
REC MODE menu
