CAUTION:
The J-series router must be turned off before inserting or removing the Avaya
CAUTION:
TGM550 and TIM modules. These modules are not hot-swappable. If you
attempt to remove or insert these modules while the router is turned on, the
router might reset or malfunction in some other way.
1. Have ready a length of the type of cable the the interface uses, as specified in
C: Network cable specifications and pinouts
TGM550 — Appropriate CAT5 harness cables with RJ11 connectors for one to two
analog trunk connections, one or two analog line connections, or both
TIM510 — An H600-383 Group 2 T1 cable with an RJ48C connector for T1/E1 trunk
connections
TIM514 — An RJ11 cable for one to four analog trunk connections, one to four analog
line connections, or both
