6. Make sure the clutch valves are closed.
7. Start the engine and let it run in idle speed, fill the
transmission oil tank again.
8. Release the parking brake and operate the front and
rearward pedals for 4 – 5 seconds, fill the
transmission oil tank again.
9. Increase the engine speed to operation rpm.
10. Operate the forward and rearward pedals for 4 – 5
seconds.
11. Fill the transmission oil tank again.
12. Decrease the engine speed to idle speed, release
the pedals.
13. Open the 2 clutch valves for some seconds and then
close them.
14. Increase the engine speed to operation rpm.
15. Operate the forward and rearward pedals. Make
sure the wheels start to turn immediately.
16. Move the product on the adjustment tool for wheel
speed and do a test.
17. Fill the transmission oil tank again.
18. Replace the transmission cover.

9.5.9.1 To disassemble the front transmission
Do not disassemble the tool frame.

32 - Repair instructions
CAUTION: Hold the connection nut with a
wrench to prevent damage from twisting forces
to the pipes or elbow nipples.
Note: Oil leakage from pipes and hoses can occur
although the transmission has been drained.
1. Remove the cutting deck. See
the cutting deck on page 7
2. Put support below the product.
3. Remove the front wheels. See
assemble the wheels on page 18
4. Remove the front speed adjustment rod from the
front transmission.
5. Drain the oil.
