Removing and Installing the
Turbine Fan

Removing the Fan

1. Remove the turbine fan cover
2. Remove the central fastening bolt of the fan

3. Use a bolt (M16 x 80; not included) to press the blade
off the drive shaft.
Note: Keep the key in a safe place.
4. Bring the blade to an Authorized Service Dealer to
have it balanced.

Installing the Fan

1. Insert the key into the key groove in the drive shaft
(Figure 19) and use a hex bolt (M12 x 100) to press the
blade into the drive shaft.
2. Remove the hex bolt and install the central fastening
bolt (M12 x 45) and torque it to 125 N∙m (92 ft-lb).
3. Install the turbine fan cover
(Figure 12).
