To enter text on your phone
Use the 12-key dial pad when you want to enter text into your phone.
The phone enters the letters in the order they appear on the key. For
example, if you press the number key

If two letters in a row use the same number key, enter the first letter
and wait a few seconds; then enter the next letter.

erase the character at the cursor
erase the entire entry
enter a blank space
rotate through the punctuation and symbols

rotate through the menu options
select and confirm the option
go back to the previous screen
exit the menu
If you don't press any keys for 30 seconds, the handset exits the menu.
