ADJUST FORWARD TRACKING
(988153, 54, 55)
1. Start engine and run unit at full throttle.
2. Slowly push both speed control levers
forward to the desired speed setting.
3. Slowly release both steering levers (on
handlebars) to the full outward (down)
position.
4. Note which direction, if any, the unit
pulls.
NOTE: Unit will be pulled in the direction
opposite the faster drive wheel.
5. Adjust tracking as necessary with the
speed control levers. For example, if unit
pulls to left:
• move left hand (LH) lever forward to
speed up LH wheel, or
• move right hand (RH) lever back to
slow RH wheel.

1. Stop engine.
2. Put speed control levers (A) in neutral.
3. Slightly tighten nut (B) on each end of
speed control levers cross shaft (C).
4. Operate speed control levers to check
for desired tension.
