This chapter contains the procedures you perform to configure the hardware options for the
Cisco TelePresence Series TX9000 and TX9200 systems and includes the following sections:

Upgrading a TX9000 System to a TX9200 System
You can upgrade an existing system from a TX9000 to a TX9200 by using the Cisco-provided upgrade
kit. The part number for the upgrade kit is CTS-TX9200-UPG.
To order this upgrade kit, contact Customer Service 1-800-553-6387. To complete the upgrade, perform
the following actions:
Step 1 Make sure that your room fulfills the minimum requirements. For room requirement information, refer
