UBIT The indoor air quality sensor has detected that the indoor air quality is poorer than
the desired standard. Alarm disabled when not occupied or freeze protect mode.
UBIT One of the Set Points is not in the valid range.
The node issues an INVALID_SET_POINT alarm when:
(1) Any set point lies outside the 40F to 100F range
(2) unoccupied heat > occupied heat
(3) occupied heat > occupied cool
(4) occupied cool > unoccupied cool
(5) standby heat > standby cool
