SCSI Non-Hot-Plug Hard Drive

To remove the SCSI non-hot-plug hard drive:
1. Complete the preparation procedures. Refer to "Preparation Procedures" earlier in this
chapter.
2. Open the bezel door. Refer to "Bezel Door" earlier in this chapter.
3. Remove the access panel. Refer to "Access Panel" earlier in this chapter.
4. Disconnect the SCSI hard drive cable and the 4-pin hard drive power connector from the
hard drive to be removed. Refer to "SCSI Non-Hot-Plug Hard Drive Cable" earlier in this
chapter.
5. Using both hands, hold the release tabs of the hard drive rails and press inward while
pulling the hard drive out towards you.
6. Use your hand to support the bottom of the hard drive, while you slowly pull the hard
drive straight out. Do not allow the hard drive to fall.
