Information menu, select the option to Select the option to view Version
Information (...). From the Version Information menu, select the option to
Display Version information.
1. Go to www.ibm.com.
2. From the Home page, click: Support & Downloads → Download → Fixes,
updates & drivers
3. Click the link to the IBM Support Portal.
The Support & Downloads Quick Start page opens.
4. Under 1. Choose your products:
a. Click the Search for a product radio button.
b. Click the Sort alphabetically radio button.
c. Type: ProtecTIER in the empty field and click the Search (magnifying
glass) button.
d. Select the checkbox for the product(s) for which you want to download
files.
5. Under 2. Choose your task:
v Click the Downloads radio button.
6. Under 3. See your results:
v Click View your page.
The Find downloads for your IBM products page opens.
7. In the Downloads and fixes box, click Downloadable files for the applicable
ProtecTIER product.
