Problem
The Blender will
not operate.
Can not fit
blender to high
speed outlet.
Poor blending
performance.
Poor processing
of frozen
ingredients.
Pouring action
from lid spout
poor.
Blender leaking
from blade
assembly.
If none of the above solve the problem see "Service and Customer
Care".
Cause
No power.
The
graphic
assist alignment is
not facing forward.
Insufficient liquid
added.
Bottle overfilled.
Insufficient
processing time.
Ice/frozen
ingredients
added to bottle last.
Too much frozen
ingredients added.
Drink consistency
too thick.
Seal missing.
Seal incorrectly
fitted.
Seal damaged.
Bottle not tightened
sufficiently to blade
holder.

Solution
Check kitchen machine
plugged in.
to
Place the blender
over the high speed
outlet with the line up
graphic
holder facing forward.
Turn clockwise and at
the same time push
down to engage.
Add more liquid and
follow recipes supplied.
Do not fill above
600ml level mark.
Process for 60
seconds.
For best blending
performance always
add ice/ frozen
ingredients to bottle
first.
Do not process more
than 60g frozen
ingredients or more
than 3 ice cubes.
Process for longer or
add more liquid.
Check seal is fitted
correctly and not
damaged.
To obtain a
replacement seal see
"service and customer
care".
Check bottle fitted
correctly to blade
holder.
