• Adjust the air pressure when the tires COLD.

• Inspect the spokes for looseness by tapping them with a screwdriver.
• If a spoke does not sound clearly, or if it sounds different from the other spokes, tighten it.
TORQUE: Front spoke
Rear spoke
• Adjust the headlight aim.
• Adjust the rearview mirrors.
• Inspect the electrical system components. Make sure they operate properly.
– HEADLIGHT: Check and adjust the low and high beam aim.
– BRAKE LIGHT SWITCH: Adjust and check the operation.
– TAILLIGHT: Check its operation.
– TURN SIGNAL LIGHTS: Check their operation.
– HORN: Check its operation.
– COMBINATION METER: Check the operation of speedometer, high beam indicator, turn signal light indicator and neutral
indicator lights.
– BATTERY CHARGING SYSTEM: Check its operation.
• Make sure all bolts, screws, nuts and other fasteners are tightened properly.
RIDING TEST
• Check the motorcycle handling, operation and performance.
– TRANSMISSION AND CLUTCH: Ease to gearshift and proper operation.
– THROTTLE: Throttle grip return and smoothness.
– HANDLING: Stability when maneuvering.
– BRAKES: Braking smoothness and efficiency.
– IDLE SPEED: Smoothness, throttle response and return to idle speed.
– SPEEDOMETER: Proper operation.
– SUSPENSION: Smoothness and perfect conditions of suspension components.
After the RIDING TEST, make sure there are no fuel and oil leaks.
