PASO 19:
Limpie el extremo derecho del manubrio donde será
instalada la manopla del acelerador, y pase una pequeña
capa de grasa en esta área.
Remueva los tornillos Phillips (1) de la carcaza de la
manopla del acelerador.
PASO 20:
Instale la manopla del acelerador en el manubrio
encajando el perno de la carcaza de la manopla en el
orificio del manubrio. Apriete firmemente los tornillos
Phillips.
PASO 21:

Pase el cable del freno delantero por el orificio de la tapa
de la palanca del freno delantero.
Pase los cables del interruptor del freno delantero por el
orificio de la tapa.
PASO 22:

Introduzca el terminal del cable del freno delantero en la
ranura de la palanca. Alinee las ranuras del ajustador y de la
contratuerca. Encaje el cable en las ranuras y luego proceda
al desalineado.
Ajuste el juego de la palanca del freno delantero y apriete la
contratuerca.

STEP 19:
Clean the right handlebar end where the throttle grip will be
installed. Lightly coat this area with grease.
Remove the Phillips screws (1) from the throttle grip
housing.
STEP 20:
Install the throttle grip in the handlebar and fit the grip
housing pin into the handlebar hole. Install the housing and
tighten the Phillips screws securely.

Route the front brake cable end through the dust cover
hole.
Route the front brake light switch wires through the dust
cover hole.

Insert the front brake cable end into the lever groove.
Align the adjuster and lock nut grooves. Fit the cable into
the grooves and then move the grooves out of the
alignment.
Adjust the front brake lever free play and tighten the
lock nut.
