ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS

This manual contains the necessary instructions for Honda CG125 TITAN KS, CG125 TITAN ES, CG125 TITAN KSE and
CG125 CARGO assembly. Follow the instructions contained in this manual carefully before starting the motorcycle assembly
procedures.
Assembly and pre-delivery inspection are essential to provide the highest levels of motorcycle safety and reliability.
Upon receiving a new motorcycle, the customer expects it to be in excellent riding conditions. Few things cause as much
customer dissatisfaction as an improperly prepared motorcycle. Any technician's mistake or oversight during the assembly and
preparation of a new unit may easily result in defective motorcycle operation, damages to the unit and even pilot injuries.

Abbreviations:

KS = Kick Starter
ES = Electric Starter
CA = CG125 Cargo
NOTE
The terms "right" and "left" (sides) refer to normal pilot seating position.
