B. Function Specification List
List of Target Pools and Volumes for Each Function
*3 : The number of TPPs for which the Deduplication/Compression function can be enabled is as follows:
• ETERNUS DX200 S5: 4
• ETERNUS DX500 S5: 4
ETERNUS DX600 S5: 8

*4 : The Compression function can be enabled for a maximum of eight TPPs.
*5 : If an SDPV is created, an SDP is automatically created.
*6 : If all of the SDPVs are deleted, SDPs are automatically deleted.
*7 : When a volume exists in a pool, the pool cannot be deleted.
*8 : If an FTRP is deleted, the FTSPs in that FTRP are also deleted. The FTRP needs to be deleted to delete the FTSP.
*9 : This operation is possible in units of parent pools (FTRPs).
*10: This function is executed for each RAID group that configures buffers or pools.
