Combine Stored Checks to One Table

This procedure is identical to using
option in System Setup\Check Options 1, ONE CHK PER TBL is set.

YES will add items from both checks to the resulting check.

NO will add a separate check to the table number.
ONE CHK PER TBL set to NO
Enter items for a new check or recall a stored check.

Index the table number of the check to which the current check will be


For a recalled check, the screen prompts:
Change Table?

Press YES.
Press

[TOTAL]
When the table is recalled, it contains two separate checks.

ONE CHK PER TBL set to YES
Enter items for a new check, or recall a stored check.
