Setting DEFAULT TX

Setting OT-DIAL IN COPY

Enhanced Programming
This function is used to set the default TX mode of the fax unit. Two operations are
available:
Choices Available
Memory TX
ADF TX (Direct
Transmission)

Press the "Program" key 4 times then the display appears the message TX
OPERATION.

Press "5" of Keypad. A message is displayed briefly to confirm your selection.

Press the "Left" or "Right Arrow" keys to select MEM. TX or ADF TX as the
default setting. Then press "Yes" key.

Press "No/Clear" key, to return to the initial state.
To prevent the copied original documents in Document Feeding Tray being transmitted
when one-touch key is pressed, this function should be set to "Disable"

Press the "Left" or "Right Arrow" keys to select Disable or Enable as default setting
and press "Yes" key.

Press "No/Clear" key, to return to the initial state.
Description
When set in this mode, documents are scanned into
memory for transmission and dialing starts after the first
pages is scanned (Quick TX).
When set in this mode, documents are scanned for
transmission after connection has been made to the
receiving unit. (When the available memory is insufficient,
please select ADF TX for a successful transmission)
If line is not available, the message LINE IS BUSY will be
displayed. The facsimile will retry based on the number of
redial attempts and intervals that were preset.
