Symptoms
Water is leaking into drip

Probable Causes
H. One or both of the limit
switches are not making contact
or are damaged.
I.
The drain valve is damaged.
There is a loose wire connection
J.
to the bath controller outside
the door.
K. The internal wire connections in
the door are loose.
L. The airline hose is pinched or
disconnected inside the door.
M. The compressor is not working.
N. The air pressure switch is not
working.
O. The solenoid valve is not
working.
P.
The controller is not working.
A. It is normal for water to leak
into the drip tray from the
accumulator drain hose, when
water splashes over the top of
the door seals, or from the
bottom of the door when the
seal deflates. This water is
captured by the drip tray.
B. Water is splashing over the top
of the seal.
C. There is debris between the
door and the seal.
D. The door gap is too large
because the pulley assembly is
not properly adjusted.
E. The primary seal system is not
operating properly.
F.
The secondary seal systems are
not operating properly.
Recommended Action
H1. Adjust the limit switch/switches
until contact is made.
H2. The limit switch/switches need to
be replaced. Call the Customer
Care Center using the information
provided on the back page of this
manual.
I.
Replace the drain valve.
Check all wire connections to the
J.
controller.
K. Call the Customer Care Center
using the information on the back
page of this manual.
L. Call the Customer Care Center
using the information provided on
the back page of this manual.
M. The compressor needs to be
replaced. Call Customer Care
Center using the information
provided on the back page of this
manual.
N. The air pressure switch needs to be
replaced. Call Customer Care

manual.
O. The solenoid valve needs to be
replaced. Call Customer Care
Center using the information
provided on the back page of this
manual.
P.
Replace the controller or call the
Customer Care Center using the
information provided on the back
page of this manual.
A. No action needed if water enters
drip tray through normal
operation.
B. Do not fill the bath as high or
reduce any sudden movements
while bathing.
C. Clean all debris off the seal using a
can of compressed air.
D. Adjust the pulley assembly inward
using the slots.
E. Call the Customer Care Center
using the information provided on
the back page of this manual.
F.
Call the Customer Care Center
using the information provided on
the back page of this manual.
