Installing the Multifunction software

♦ Before installing the software, read the README.TXT file on the
CD. It contains important last-minute information on installing and
using the Multifunction system.
♦ The Sharp Laser Multifunction software cannot be installed by
Plug and Play. If the New Hardware Found box appears when you
turn on your computer, click the Cancel button to exit the dialog
box.
1. Insert the Sharp Laser Multifunction CD into your computer's CD-
ROM drive.
2. If the Sharp Laser Multifunction Setup window appears, click Next
in the window and go to step 4. If the window doesn't appear, click
the Start button on the Windows taskbar and select the Run...
command.
3. Type e:\setup in the Open text box, where e is the letter of your
CD-ROM drive, and then click OK.
4. Follow the instructions that appear on the screen.
5. When installation is completed, restart your computer.
