Coincidence output

Coincidence output is a function by which a signal can be output when a value set by the coincidence output point
write instruction (ICCOVWR1(P)) matches the CH1 Current value (SD1880, SD1881) ( Page 250, Section 8.10.1
(6)). Two kinds of coincidence outputs (No.1 and No.2) are provided for each channel.
