Service Plan

For a safe operation of the sunbeds, regular service works are

be done when necessary and do not have to be documented.
Service hours
Every day Check the filling level of the condensate tank and empty it if
necessary.
100 Change or clean filter mats
500 - 600 Change burners
For inductive apparatuses:
For CPI-apparatuses (with burners) in Power-mode:
Check and grease ropes of the canopy drive
Check all inner tubes and – if necessary – change them.
Climatic apparatus:
600 Replace lamps of the shoulder tanner.
800 For CPI-apparatuses (with burners) in Eco-mode or for CPI-
apparatuses (without burners) in Power-mode:
1000 For CPI-apparatuses (without burners) in Eco-mode with
megaSun CPI-tubes in Power-mode:
Replace aquaCool nozzles.
1200 For CPI-apparatuses with megaSun CPI-tubes in Eco-mode
3000 Replace all the ropes
