Replace motor.

Measure internal
resistance of motor,
replace motor if
defective.
Clutch(es) defective
Replace clutch.
Bearing defective

Gearbox defective
Replace gearbox.
Gearbox defective
Replace gearbox.
Drive wheel loose
Tighten drive wheel,
secure bolts with
thread locking
adhesive if necessary.
Sealing ring on drive
Replace gearbox if
shaft defective
sealing ring defective.
Check carbon brushes
for oil wetting, replace
motor if brushes wet.
Drive shaft movable
Check drive shaft,
or bent
replace gearbox, if
defective.
Fuse burnt out, cable
Check cabling and
defective
replace fuse.
