i-Size child restraint system
(ISO/R2, ISO/F2X)
Fitting the ISOFIX or i‑Size child restraint
system on the rear seat
& WARNING Risk of injury or death if the
permissible gross mass of the child and
child restraint system together is excee‐

For ISOFIX or i‑Size child restraint systems in
which the child is secured using the seat belt
integrated in the child restraint system, the
permissible gross mass of the child and child
restraint system is 33 kg.
If the child and the child restraint system
together weigh more than 33 kg, the ISOFIX
or i‑Size child restraint system with integra‐
ted seat belt does not offer sufficient protec‐
