Test Drive Tilt Cutout

Note: Perform this test from the ground with the
platform controller. Do not stand in the platform.
50 Fully lower the platform.
51 Drive the machine onto a slope where the
chassis angle is greater than 1.5° along the
X-Axis (side to side).
52 Raise the platform 2.78 m.
Result: The platform should stop and the tilt
alarm will sound at 180 beeps per minute. The
platform controls LED readout should display
LL and the ground controls LCD should display
LL: Machine Tilted.
53 Press the drive function button.
54 Press and hold the function enable switch on
the control handle.
55 Move the control handle in the direction
indicated by the blue arrow, then move the
control handle in the direction indicated by the
yellow arrow.
Result: The drive function should not work in
either direction.
56 Fully lower the platform.
57 Drive the machine onto a slope where the
chassis angle is greater than 3° along the
Y-Axis (front to back).

58 Raise the platform approximately 2.78 m from
the ground.
Result: The platform should stop and the tilt
alarm will sound at 180 beeps per minute. The
platform controls LED readout should display
LL and the ground controls LCD should display
LL: Machine Tilted.
59 Press the drive function button.
60 Press and hold the drive/steer function enable
switch on the control handle.
61 Move the control handle in the direction
indicated by the blue arrow, then move the
control handle in the direction indicated by the
yellow arrow.
Result: The drive function should not operate.
62 Lower the platform.
Result: The machine should drive.
