    The main cause of SUCKER MARKS is contamination of the sucker surface. This contamination can be any number of substances ranging from natural body oil, sweat or even KODAK Intensifying Screen Cleaner and anti static Solution (which has sometimes been recommended for cleaning SUCKERS!).
