Presetting radio
stations
You can store radio stations into the player's
memory. You can preset up to 40 stations,
20 for FM and 10 each for MW and LW in
any order.
RADIO
BAND
AUTO PRESET

Press RADIO BAND•AUTO PRESET
until the band you want appears in the
display.

Hold down RADIO BAND•AUTO
PRESET until "Auto Preset" flashes in
the display.

Press YES•ENTER.
The stations are stored in memory from
the lower frequencies (from the preset
number 1, in numerical order) as long as
the station has a signal strong enough.
When you've done presetting, the
station stored in the preset number 1
will be tuned in automatically.
If a station cannot be preset
automatically
You need to preset a station with a weak
signal manually. Also, when you want to
replace preset stations with a new one,
proceed as follows:
1 Press RADIO BAND•AUTO PRESET
2 Press TUNE + or TUNE – repeatedly until
YES
ENTER
3 Select the preset number you want to

4 Press YES•ENTER.
