7.2 Installing the Cleaning Unit for Intermediate Transfer
Belt
Procedure
1. While holding the cleaning unit for intermediate transfer belt with both hands,
set the cleaning unit for intermediate transfer belt (1) on its rails (2), and then
carefully push it in until it can go no further.
2. Fasten the black screw (1) on the cleaning unit for intermediate transfer belt
using the hex screwdriver.
3. Reconnect the ground leakage circuit breaker for the machine and fixing heater.
4. Turn the machine's main power switch to ON, close the left and right front
covers, and then wait for the machine to warm up.
5. Access the Adjustment Settings for Skilled Operators menu. (See p.18
"Accessing the Adjustment Settings for Skilled Operators".)
6. Press [ITB Manual Lubrication].
7. Press [Execute ITB Manual Lubrication].
