8. Press the setting knob or wait 5 seconds
from the last setting: the timed cooking
and steam
the clock.
9. Press the confirmation knob: the timed
cooking
and steam
lights stop flashing on the clock and the
messages
flash on the display to
request that the reservoir be filled with
water (see"Filling the reservoir").
Preheating stage
Combination functions are always
preceded by a preheating stage, which
allows the appliance to heat up to cooking
temperature.
The thermostat indicator light flashes to
indicate that this stage is in progress.
When the preheating stage is complete, the
thermostat indicator light will remain lit
steadily and a buzzer will sound to indicate
that the food can be placed inside the
oven.
This stage is performed without the use of
steam.
Press the confirmation knob to start cooking.

Traditional cooking functions
1. Turn the function knob to the right or left to
select a traditional function.
2. Turn the temperature knob to set the
required temperature (from 60°C to
250°C); the display shows the set
temperature.
Preheating stage
Traditional cooking is always preceded by
a preheating stage, which allows the
appliance to heat up to cooking
temperature.
The thermostat indicator light flashes to
indicate that this stage is in progress.
When preheating finishes, the thermostat
indicator light remains lit steadily, a buzzer
sounds and cooking proceeds
automatically.
With traditional cooking, food can
be placed in the oven immediately
or after preheating, as the user
prefers.
