Trays
The tray must be inserted in the groove in
the rack.
In particular, the perforated tray must be
inserted in the groove in the rack above it.
In this way it is possible to collect the liquids
separately from the food that is being
cooked (configuration 2 + 1, see "Cooking
information table").
