ICTRL contains all control inputs which are written by batch.
IREADY, ILOCK and IREFRESH are used by the user program and are therefore not
available in ICTRL.

When operating in continuous mode, two recipe steps (time-based) successively use the
same block without resetting this block between the steps. The block only reports the
READY state at the end of the first cycle. BATCH then sets the status ID for continuous
mode by setting input ICONT instead of terminating the block by setting ITERM. ICONT is
reset at the start of the second recipe step.
"Continuous mode or bumpless changeover" is only possible for recipe functions which
are not automatically completed.
