6.2.3.2 (CONFIG:) REMOTE (Remote Control) Submenu

Use the [][] arrow keys to select Local, SERIAL, or ETHERNET. Press [ENT].

6.2.3.2.1 (REMOTE:) Local

1) When you select Local mode, remote monitoring is possible, but
remote control is disabled.
2) A number of operations are possible in Local mode only. If you are
in Serial or Ethernet mode during such tasks, the unit alerts you to
this remote state:
Press [ENT] to switch to Local Mode to continue with your task, or
press [CLR] to exit the task and remain in the active mode.

6.2.3.2.2 (REMOTE:) SERIAL

On the top line, use the [][] arrow keys to set the mode to RS-232 or RS-485.
On the bottom line, set the Serial address (Addr). Use the [][] arrow keys to
select a digit, and then the [][] arrow keys to change its value. The valid
range of addresses is from 001 (default) to 255.
Next, set the Baud rate. Use the [][] arrow keys to select the parameter, and
then the [][] arrow keys to select the desired baud rate of 1200, 2400, 4800,
9600 (default), 19K2, and 38K4.
Remote Control: Local
SERIAL
ETHERNET
Remote Mode: press ENT
for local mode, or CLR
Serial Mode = RS-232
