Dubbing a tape

Using the A/V connecting cable
You can dub or edit on the VCR connected to
your camcorder using your camcorder as a
player.
Connect your camcorder to the VCR using the
A/V connecting cable supplied with your
camcorder.
Before operation
•Set DISPLAY to LCD in the menu settings. (The
default setting is LCD.)
•Press the following buttons to make the
indicators disappear so that they will not be
superimposed on the edited tape:
– DISPLAY
– DATA CODE on the Remote Commander
– SEARCH MODE on the Remote Commander
(1) Insert a blank tape (or a tape you want to
record over) into the VCR, and insert the
recorded tape into your camcorder.
(2) Prepare the VCR for recording, then set the
input selector to LINE.
Connect the A/V connecting cable to the
AUDIO/VIDEO jack. Refer to the operating
instructions of your VCR.
(3) Set the POWER switch to VCR on your
camcorder.
(4) Play back the recorded tape on your
camcorder.
(5) Start recording on the VCR.

Använda A/V-kabeln
Du kan kopiera eller redigera på en
videobandspelare som är ansluten till
videokameran och använda videokameran som
uppspelare.
Anslut videokameran till videobandspelaren
med den A/V-kabel som medföljer
videokameran.
Innan du börjar
•Ställ DISPLAY på LCD i menyinställningarna.
(Ursprunglig inställning är LCD).
•Släck indikatorerna så att de inte spelas in på
det redigerade bandet. Du släcker
indikatorerna genom att trycka på följande
knappar.
– DISPLAY
– DATA CODE på fjärrkontrollen.
– SEARCH MODE på fjärrkontrollen
(1) Sätt in ett tomt band (eller ett band som du
kan spela över) i videobandspelaren och det
inspelade bandet i videokameran.
(2) Förbered videobandspelaren för inspelning,
ställ sedan ingångsväljaren på LINE.
Anslut A/V-kabeln till AUDIO/VIDEO-
kontakten. Mer information finns i
bruksanvisningen till videobandspelaren.
(3) Ställ POWER-omkopplaren på videokameran
i läget VCR.
(4) Spela upp det inspelade bandet på
videokameran.
(5) Starta inspelningen på videobandspelaren.
