Focusing manually

You can gain better results by manually adjusting
the focus in the following cases. Normally, focus
is automatically adjusted:
•The autofocus mode is not effective when
shooting:
– Subjects through glass coated with water
droplets.
– Horizontal stripes.
– Subjects with little contrast with backgrounds
such as walls and sky.
•When you want to change the focus from a
subject in the foreground to a subject in the
background.
•Shooting a stationary subject when using a
tripod.
(1) In CAMERA or MEMORY (DCR-TRV340E/
TRV341E/TRV740E only) mode, press
FOCUS. The 9 indicator appears on the
screen.
(2) Turn the focus ring to sharpen focus.
To return to the autofocus mode
Press FOCUS to turn off the indicator.

Manuell fokusering

Du kan få bättre resultat genom att manuellt
justera fokuseringen i följande fall. Det normala
är att fokuseringen utförs automatiskt.
•Läget för automatisk fokusering fungerar dåligt
när du filmar:
– Motiv genom glas som är blött av regn.
– Horisontella ränder.
– Motiv med dålig kontrast, mot bakgrunder
som t.ex. en vägg eller himmel.
•När du vill ändra fokuseringen från ett motiv i
förgunden till ett motiv som ligger i
bakgrunden.
•Använd gärna stativ när du filmar orörliga
motiv.
(1) I CAMERA- eller MEMORY-läget (endast
DCR-TRV340E/TRV341E/TRV740E) trycker
du på FOCUS. Indikatorn 9 visas på
skärmen.
(2) Vrid på fokuseringsringen tills skärpan blir
bra.
Återgå till läget för automatisk
fokusering
Slå av indikatorn genom att trycka på FOCUS.
