Result
The figure below illustrates the result of the configuration in HW Config. The distributed I/O is
connected to the PROFINET IO system. The physical setup is subsequently configured with
the Topology Editor.
Connect the components with the Topology Editor
1. Select the PROFINET IO System of the first CPU of this automation system.
2. Select the menu command Edit > PROFINET IO > Topology.
