4.5 Circuit boards

4.5.1 i2000 image capture board

The i2000 image capture board is located on top of the rotating unit, see
circuit boards.
The i2000 board handles image capturing function of the OP 3D X-ray imaging system.
The main functions of the i2000 board are listed below.
• Image capturing from both the 3D and the PAN sensor
• Image storing to the image memory
• Image transmission to the modality workstation.
• Driving the
• spinning of the rotation unit
• collimator plates.
• Providing voltage for the sensors.
