Visual impression
Head UP corresponds to the line of vision "ship's head up".
Change of course
The radar video rotates in line with the change of course.
The SHM remains at heading upwards (relative) (000_).
Relative or true
The radar video can only be presented in Relative Motion (RM (..)).
Course UP means the course is upwards.
