and turn off email redirection.

Sending a test email message

After you have configured your handheld, you are ready to send and receive email
messages.
Note
If the SIM card is not inserted, or not inserted properly, you cannot send or
receive email messages. Refer to "Inserting the SIM card" on page 31 for
more information on your SIM card.
To send a test email message
You can send email messages if GPRS appears below the wireless coverage
indicator in the top right corner of the Home screen. One or more bars must also
appear beside the wireless coverage indicator before you can send and receive
email messages.

On the Home screen, click the Compose icon. The To: screen appears.

Click the trackwheel to view the menu. Click New Address. The New Address
screen appears.

Type your name and email address. (For your test message, type the email
address associated with your handheld.) Use the trackwheel to scroll from
field to field.
4.
Click the trackwheel to view the menu. Click Save Address. You return to the
To: screen with your own address entry selected.
5.
Click the trackwheel to view the menu. Click Email.
