Why am I not receiving all of my email messages?
If you are not receiving some messages on your handheld, check whether any of
the following situations apply.
Microsoft
Is your computer turned on? If you are using the BlackBerry Desktop
Redirector to forward your email, your computer must be on whenever you

want to receive messages on your handheld. If your company is using the
BlackBerry Enterprise Server to forward your email, you do not need to leave
your computer turned on.
Is your handheld in the cradle and connected to your computer?
if your handheld is in the cradle, you will not receive any email messages
while the desktop software is running. Remove your handheld from the
cradle to determine whether email messages are being forwarded
properly.
Do you have message forwarding enabled?
and ensure that the Forward messages to my handheld check box is
selected.
Are you within an area of sufficient wireless coverage?
