Place the cushioning diaphragm (1) onto the primary
diaphragm so that the diaphragm's holes align with the holes of
the primary diaphragm.
Place the upper actuation plate (1) over the actuation base
plate with the upper actuation plate's short pistons (2) pointing
down. The pistons should be flat with the top of the piston
plate.
