ASSEMBLING THE TROLLEY
1.
Lay the barbecue body flat on its back as shown.
Cut fastening bands from folded trolley legs.
Unfold the four (4) pre-assembled trolley legs.
Insert four (4) screws provided as shown and
tighten securely.
2.
Install the trolley bottom shelf between the trolley
legs.
Align the holes on trolley legs with the
threaded holes at the corners of trolley bottom
shelf.
Attach loosely the eight (8) screws then
tighten screws.
NOTE: On LPG models only, before attaching the bottom
shelf to trolley be sure holes for the cylinder pull-out
tray assembly are located on the right side.

Screw the two (2) castors into the caster seats. Turn
the threaded caster stem by hand, clockwise until it
stops. Tighten securely using the customised wrench
provided.
4.
Install the two (2) wheels to the trolley legs-wheel
side, by inserting the wheel bolt through the wheel
and axle hole on the trolley leg. Put spring washer
and nut onto bolt and tighten securely using the
customised wrench provided. Do not overtighten
or wheel will not turn freely. Snap wheel hub caps
onto wheels.
5.
Be sure both castors are locked, then with the
assistance of another person, turn the assembled
barbecue upright.
6.
Install the gas cylinder pull-out tray assembly to the
bottom shelf. Align the holes on the bracket of gas
cylinder pull-out tray with the threaded holes on the
bottom shelf. Tighten securely using four (4) screws
provided.
