The iTNC outputs a voltage per position error. The 10 V analog voltage is
subdivided with a D/A converter on the CMA-H. This results in a smallest
voltage step of 0.328 mV.
Rapid traverse (MP1010.x) is attained at a certain voltage (MP1050.x). This
results in the voltage DU per position error or following error s
