Specify any location and file name, and click [Save].
Select [i1Profiler CGATS Custom] in Save as type.

In [Custom CGATS Options], configure the settings as shown below, and click [OK].
After you press [OK], 3 text files ("***_M0", "***_M1", and "***_M2") are saved.

Open the file with "_M2" at the end of file name among the saved text files in Excel.
