Starting to Work
The HC700-G is shipped with a plastic film used for protecting the screen and the IrDA window.
Before usage, remove the protective film from the screen and the IrDA window.
To avoid damage to the screen, do not use a sharp object to remove the protective

film. Use a soft cloth to buff the screen - a clean screen ensures smooth gliding of the
stylus over the surface.
Caution
Initializing the HC700-G
The HC700-G boots-up when placing the battery inside the battery compartment.
Insert the battery, bottom end first, into the battery compartment (see Figure 3).

Carefully, press the battery top downward until it clicks and locks in place.
