Push the power button to save the calibration adjustment.
When you calibrate the Product, the results should typically be within
50 % of the total uncertainty. For calibration with the serial port, use
the VAL? command. A typical calibration is to be done at 20 %
increments first with ascending pressure and then with descending
pressures. The typical procedure for vacuum calibration is to be
done in this order:
