4. Install the labyrinth ring u onto #2 crank
assembly 8 and install the roller bearing
i onto #1 crank assembly t, before
assembling the #2 and #1.
NOTE:
Make sure the pin side of the bearing faces
#1 crank assembly.
5. Align the crank angle of #1 t for #2
crankshaft assembly 8 in direction to
become angle of 120 degrees a to set
the special service tool y clockwise, and
then install using a press.

9 Install the guide o, and then align the crank
angle.
9 Place the press body p on the assembling
kit.

Do not apply force in excess of 7 tons.

6. Remove the guide pole s (long), and

then remove the three guide, and pull out
the guide plate d.

into the hole on the #2 crank assembly
and insert the pin on the special service
tool into the hole on the #3 crank assem-
bly as same procedure as #1 and #2.
