Problem
I get an error in the
app during skin
measurement.
Water is leaking from
the bottom of the
shaver.
Possible cause
You did not place the
SkinAnalyst sensor
flat on your skin.
You did not insert the
plug of the
SkinAnalyst sensor
into your phone
properly.
Your phone did not
recognize the
SkinAnalyst sensor.
Your phone did not
recognize the
SkinAnalyst sensor.
During cleaning,
water may collect
between the inner
body and the outer
shell of the shaver.
Solution
Place the SkinAnalyst
sensor flat on your
skin.
Remove the plug of
the SkinAnalyst
sensor from your
phone and insert the
plug into your phone
again.
Make sure that:
the cover/case of
-
your iPhone is
detached.
the camera lens
-
of your iPhone is
clean
the SkinAnalyst
-
sensor is
correctly
attached to your
iPhone
Make sure that your
volume limit settings
are reset to default
settings (go to
Settings > Music >
Volume limit > slide
to the max).
This is normal and
not dangerous
because all
electronics are
enclosed in a sealed
power unit inside the
shaver.
