Problem
I want to use the
shaver without the
app.
I cannot change the
shave
settings/cleansing
brush settings on the
shaver.
Possible cause
Bluetooth is not
switched on.
The shaver is not
charged.

Solution
Make sure Bluetooth
is enabled on the
shaver and your
iPhone.
Make sure the shaver
is charged.
You can also use the
shaver without the
app. However, only
when you use the
app together with
the shaver, the app is
able to provide tips
and advice based on
your usage. With the
app you can set your
shave settings. The
app also reminds you
when you need to
replace the shaving
heads, to clean the
shaver, etc.
Make sure there is a
good connection
between the shaver
and your iPhone.
You can select the
attachment (shaving
unit/cleansing brush)
on the shaver. In the
app, you can change
the settings per
attachment (shaving
unit:
normal/sensi
tive/extra sensitive,
cleansing brush: dry
skin/normal skin/oily
skin/sensitive skin).
