Problem
The shaver doesn't
detect the right
attachment.
The shaver does not
work when I press
the on/off button.
The shaver switches
off when I select a
different brush
program.
Possible cause
The attachment is
heavily polluted or
damaged.
The shaver is still
attached to the wall
socket. For safety
reasons, the shaver
can only be used
without cord.
The rechargeable
battery is empty.
The travel lock is
activated.
The shaving unit is
soiled or damaged to
such an extent that
the motor cannot run.
You cannot change
the brush program
during cleansing.

Solution
Try to clean the
attachment (see
'Cleaning and
maintenance'); if the
issue persists, switch
off the detection
feature from the app
and select the
attachment manually
by pressing the
on/off button for one
second while the
shaver is switched
on.
Unplug the shaver
and press the on/off
button to switch on
the shaver.
Recharge the battery.
Press the on/off
button for 3 seconds
to deactivate the
travel lock.
Clean the shaving
heads thoroughly or
replace them. Also
see 'Hairs or dirt
obstruct the shaving
heads' for a detailed
description of how to
clean the shaving
heads thoroughly.
Switch off the shaver
before you select a
different brush
program.
