9. In the 'M16C Flash Start' window, click 'Setting...'
10. Change Baud Rate to 38400. Once a communication error occurs, the setting will be cancelled.
11. Click 'E.P.R.' to start ERASE, PROGRAM and READ.
12. Click 'OK' when asked 'Erase?'.
13. Indicators show the progress while proceeding.
14.When completed, click 'OK'.
